Dawn was an excellent resource for us and gave us such great information about the area we were looking in. She dedicated so much time showing us different options for our land purchase and we appreciate her patience as we made our decision. Dawn and Jon Powell are the best realtors on the face of the planet. We planned a move to the Knoxville area from California. I requested a packet from the City of Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, and Dawn contacted me about a week after that. I scheduled a full day tour with Dawn and Jon to look at areas of Knoxville and available homes in our price range. They spent an entire day showing us around, without ever becoming frustrated with our changing ideas. We were so unaware of the terrains, building types, utility choices and neighborhoods, that we seemed to continuously remove “must-haves” and add “must-haves.” We left the city, back to California, with an offer on a house. The house ended up being withdrawn from the market, but Dawn kept us updated regularly on the availability of the house. When we finally moved out to Knoxville and rented a house for a short term, Dawn spent another 3 days touring us around, showing homes in our budget and with our desires in mind. On what ended up being the last day, we had a list of homes to see, but Dawn had her own list. We ended up falling in LOVE with one of her finds and we closed 3 weeks ago!! We love this house so much and would not have found it on our own. It checked every single box that we had (even with the add ons and removals). I highly recommend Knoxville Real Estate Professionals, if you want the PERFECT home (even if you keep changing your mind on what that is).

Relocating from New Orleans, LA to Knoxville, TN for a new job opportunity was an exciting but arduous process for me and My Family. Meeting Jon and Dawn Powell and partnering with Knoxville Real Estate Professionals was the best thing I could’ve done for my family. 5 stars are not enough! Jon and Dawn helped us through a complicated, time sensitive relocation. They not only met our real estate needs, they spent a considerable amount of time showing us the area, provided information on local services, and recommended skilled craftsmen. Their passion, commitment, and devotion to our needs sets them apart from others in the real estate profession. We were particularly impressed when Jon emphasized he would always be our real estate agent….and neighbor…..even though we had closed on our home. True to his word, a year later, he’s still available!

My family looked for a home for over 4 months with a original plan to build , during this time we looked at several properties. During this time we built a great relationship with him and my family and no matter what we put him through he was there to support us. He stuck with us no matter what happened when most agents would have most likely left us. Jon is also very supportive of veterans and the people who served our country, he loves our country and is a true patriot and a Veteran himself. My family is very happy with our new home we not only enjoy it but love it . We are now the proud owners of our 100 acre farm with a 2000 square foot house that is 2 years old, all thanks to Jon.

Jon and Dawn have been great. Jon was my anchor though this whole process of selling our home and finding a lender to help purchase our new dream home.
He was honest and straight forward. Before we knew it he had multiple offers within the first 2 days of putting it on the market. Buying and selling a house can be a very terrifying and stressful job. But jon was patient with us, always picking up the phone and answering our questions or when i was stressed about getting financing sorted out he was with us every step of the way. He also sold my parents home and got them in a new place in less than a month.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Powell, TN.

My husband and I were moving from out of state and the Powells took time with us while were were in town as well as via Skype to look at as many houses as we wanted. Once we chose a house, Jon was able to negotiate a lease to purchase for us so that we would not have to rent an apartment until we could qualify for to purchase.
